Divorce isn’t the end of you – its the beginning of the new you

Booking a boudoir session during my divorce was one of the most empowering experiences of my life. It was a way for me to take control of my body and my confidence, even during a time when everything else felt uncertain.

At first, I was hesitant to even consider a boudoir session. I had always associated it with celebrating a relationship, and I felt like the last thing I wanted to do was celebrate anything related to my failed marriage. Justin and Rachel were both so incredibly kind and supportive, and they immediately put me at ease. Throughout the session, they encouraged me to embrace my femininity and my strength, and to revel in my own unique beauty.

Looking back at the photos now, I am struck by how much they represent my journey through divorce. There are moments of vulnerability, moments of sadness, but also moments of pure joy and liberation. I am proud of myself for taking this step, and for choosing to celebrate myself in a way that felt true to who I am.

Ultimately, booking a boudoir session during my divorce was a reminder that I am strong and resilient, even in the face of challenge. It was a way for me to reclaim my own sense of identity and to honor the woman I have become. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.
