Why boudoir?

I wanted to do something bold that reminded me of my strength, beauty, and confidence. Boudoir felt like the perfect way to reclaim how I see myself—raw, real, and powerful.

Why Elevation Boudoir?

Their work stood out immediately. Every image I saw told a story, not just of beauty but of empowerment. I also loved the way they emphasized comfort, confidence, and creating a safe space for women to express themselves fully.

What was your experience/session like?

Incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The energy was empowering, and I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. It was like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be amazing with a camera and lighting.

How did you feel before booking?

Before booking, I was super nervous. I wasn’t sure if I could actually go through with it—it felt a little out of my comfort zone. But the moment I walked in, all of those worries disappeared. The energy was so welcoming and calming, it instantly put me at ease and made me feel like I absolutely could do this.

What did booking this session mean to you?

I booked this session as a wedding gift for my husband. I wanted to give him something intimate, unique, and meaningful—something that captured a side of me that’s just for him. It felt like a really special way to celebrate this moment in our lives and surprise him with something he’ll never expect but always cherish.

Would you have done anything different?

Maybe stressed less! I spent way too much time overthinking outfits and poses, when in the end, the best photos came from the moments I let go and trusted Rachel & Justin!

How did you feel after your session?

Empowered. Seen. Beautiful. It was more than just a photoshoot—it was a full-on confidence boost and something I’ll carry with me long after the images were delivered.
